Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Refund not yet done for the failed payment of ticket booking.

I had booked 3 tickets from virudhunagar to Chennai on 3rd December 2022 the transaction was done (the UPI transaction reference :[protected] .but the tickets weren't booked and i waited 2 days and the refund is still not done and when I checked in the refund status page it says refund cannot be done ...pls do the needful
