Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Refund the amount regarding

On 12/09/2022 I tried to book a bus ticket from Marthandam to coimbatore in SETC. Amount Rs.540 has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

I did login with tnstc online booking
