Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Regarding extra charges for reservation and card swiping charges

I booked ticket in counter available in Shanti nagar bus stand Bangalore.
Booked ticket for travelling Bangalore to Velankanni for 4 adults.

Bangalore to Velankanni 2850
Velankanni to Bangalore 3040

Ticket number T39002593 & T39002518.

They charged me extra reservation ticket 20rupees per person i.e., 160 plus 100 rupees extra for swiping my card. These charges are not included in ticket.

Why I have pay extra which is not included in ticket fare ?
