[Resolved]  Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Request for Refund - Bus Ticket Not booked but amount debited from my account

On 07/01/2021, I tried to book a bus ticket from Chennai to Madurai in SETC. Amount Rs.505/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

I did login with Guest account as I don't have any SETC user account.
