Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Request for refund my money back because of bus ticket is failed

Address:State Express Transport Corporation Tamil Nadu Ltd., Head Office, Thiruvalluvar House, Pallavan Salai, Chennai - 600002.

On 11/10/2023, I tried to book a bus ticket from Salem to Nagercoil vadacherry in SETC. Amount Rs.540/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

I did login with Guest account as I don't have any SETC user account.
