Dear sir, Accidents happen every day because the Velan bus from Natham to Madurai carries too many passengers. So we urge you to do your due diligence. Natham starting Morning time 8.30 AM to end time Madurai 10.00 AM Already take up concern department many times and no responsibility pl check and avoid the account. Over all passengers around 200. We humble request you to kindly check and avoid the accident in every day.pl do the needful. Sep 13, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Dear sir/madam, As per request for the below 100 passanger only allowed for in the velan private transport but lot of passenger allowed in contactar. How to possible? If any doubt So we request you to kindly check and confirm the transport and action immitately this for your kind information please do the needful.
