Respected sir/madam
I have travelled from the bus from thanjavur to mariammankoil on 23.12.2021. I have no change I have only 100 RS note I have asked the conductor for ticket he asked me to get down of the bus after half kilometer of journey even though I asked give me ticket for VELLANKANNI I will get down in mariammankoil that's my wish but he denied and get down from bus due to this I personally affected and made me problematic by again traveling to bustand with so much luggage.kindly look in to the issue.

Routinely conductors are not allowing passengers traveling to Mariammankoil stop not enter the bus from bustand before bus started only after the bus start only mariammankoil passenger can enter the bus.
