Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Service complaint

Am from villupuram..In a old bus stand, i asked bus time for Thalavanur bus to a bus time officer who was in charge of Wednesday 4 pm.. Simply he is speaking with his known person for 15 mins.. I asked him again and again but he told me later only.. This is very I faced.. So please kindly take action against him or I move this issue to a higher official..
