Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Speed of the bus

I travelled in route bus from Salem to vailakanni. I started my journey from trichy.its about 6.10pm the bus started in trichy.it takes about three and half hour to go my destination in tiruvarur. Its fare about 97 INR.the speed of the driver is too slow.he driving like a heavy load lorry.so please change the driver as he was too old also.
