Hi I have tried booked a ticket from Theni to Chennai for 31/07/2022 @ 5:45 pm, trip code of bus is 1745THECHE . I have paid the money through UPI Payment (attached is the screenshot), money is debited from my account but ticket is not booked. kindly refund my money ASAP. Thanks

I am registered my complaint. And then I got a mail from consumercomplaints.in, Your complaint has been forwarded to Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Ltd customer service, and then 4-5 days the amount refunded in bank account
