Dear sir/madam,
I booked a ticket from keelakarai to Chennai on 25-7-21. I was bit late to the bus stop so the bus left.
But I caught the bus in a few distance from bus stop. But the conductor refused to board me even though I had the ticket confirmation message and aadhar card. So I want to lodge a complaint on them
Because of this I was tensed and mentally disturbed. I am supposed to join work on 28th.
You know during this pandemic how hard to find a work.
Please accept this and give me an acknowledgment proof.
Also I want a refund and compensation amount.
