Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — The Conductor speaks horrible and hurts while travelling in the bus

While travel in the bus route from punjai puliampatti to sathyamangalam (bus no: 6B/10, timing 12.50 pm, date:[protected], the bus conductor speaks horrible and hard words before issue the ticket to me. It's hurts me alot in the bus. Not only me he spokes to everyone in the bus like hurting the peoples in the bus. Please took an action as soon as possible. I'm here to compliment not only for me, as all the people who travel the regularly.
