[Resolved]  Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Ticket amount debited from account but ticket not get booked or generated

I booked ticket from chennai koyembedu bus stand to trichy on 20.12.2022, time 9.30 pm 24w seat ultra deluxe setc bus. the transaction was completed and amount has been debited from my account but the ticket was not booked and showed error occurred. I have the receipt for my payment please refund my amount.
