Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Ticket booked but bus didnt arrived at all

I booked a ticket from chennai to trichy vide PNR B49187597 for journey on 08/11/2023 at 23.30PM. I waited from 11.00PM till 1AM butt bus didnt arrive at all and they didnt even gave proper response.

I need a refund for the ticket which i booked.
