Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Ticket not booked but amount debited need refund

On 11/03/2022, I tried to book 7 tickets from Chennai MGR busstand to Kumbakonam in TNSTC. Amount Rs 2425 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. I have paid via UPI in guest mode and my TNSTC Reference Number: OB16421030 Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.
