Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Ticket was not booked and no recredit of money was given but money was debited

I booked a ticket from Hosur to Dindigul on 25th October 2022 in SETC bus:2130BANDIN. The payment was done through google pay whose transaction details i have attached below. Then the booking redirecred payment loading page but due to some internal server error the page did not load and showed as webpage error but the money was debited from my bank account . After this i did not receive neither any recredit of amount nor any details of my ticket booking .
