Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Tnstc Amount debited, But ticket not booked

Hi, this is S Yashwanth Kumar,

I booked a ticket yesterday from,

Tirunelveli to Puducherry bus, which was scheduled to depart at 19:30

600 rs debited, but ticket not booked
and no refund initiated so far, need a refund immediately.

Payment was done through paytm upi

Please refund immediately its going to be a day nearly since it got debited.
