Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — TNSTC Ticket booking found failed and amount debited from my account

On 11/06/2022, I tried to book 1 ticket from Coimbatore to Chennai in TNSTC App and amount paid through Gpay amount Rs.560 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. TNSTC Reference Number: OB17522757. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible. Ticket booked in TNSTC App has guest account.
