I had booked TNSTC Vehicle No: TN01AN3139 - Route No: 137NS to travel from Chennai to Madurai at 10 pm yesterday (26/03/2022) at PNR: T34715222 to travel from Maduravayal Lake bus stand in Chennai. . But, when TNSTC's travel SMS came to my mobile, I was talking on the phone to the bus operator on the phone. I arrived at the place with great difficulty and traveled by bus. As a female traveler past the age of 40, I had an urinary incontinence in the early hours of the morning. In the early hours of the morning, the bus did not stop at the passenger urinal. Instead he scolded me for being inferior without respect. I was suffering from epilepsy due to inability to urinate. I was very stressed. The last bus driver stopped at the Madurai Matuttavani bus stand. If this kind of situation continues for female passengers like me, of course someone will be harmed as a passenger. Therefore TNSTC should take action against this TNSTC Vehicle No: TN01AN3139 - Route No: 137NS bus driver. If appropriate action is not taken I will take my complaint to the attention of the Head of State.
