Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Transaction Made but Ticket not booked

On 29 th May 2023, 09.09pm i have tried to book two tickets from Bangalore to Chennai. Payment 1000 has been made but i did not recieved tickets. I have tried it as guest user. I need refund of my money. I have only upi reference number and i have mention below.
