Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Transaction successful but ticket is not booked

I booked a ticket from Chennai Tambaram to Madurai on Tnstc Online portal with arvinth.[protected]@gmail.com Mail and [protected] phone number. Amount was deducted from Account via gpay and it shows that transaction is successful but the ticket booking has failed. Kindly do the needful and refund.
