Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Transaction was successful but ticket not booked

I have booked a ticket in tnstc website on 09/01/2023 from Tiruppur to Chennai, the amount was debited from my bank account and the transaction was successful from bank side, but the ticket was not booked for me, the status shows failed, the debited amount was Rs.440. Please check and kindly do the refund asap.
