Bus no. Tn 32 november 4088. I had taken ticket from vpm to melmaruvathur, travelled with my wife & child. I humbly requested the conductor to stop the bus in acharapakkam. He just shouted that bastred you people are making nonsense. I told him to speak in good manner. He again shouted in unparlimentry words. He told that even branch manager also can't pick even my hair in the pennies. Sir i hope justice will be got from your end.

The conductor is speaking harsh manner and asking all the in disable people to go and sit in back seats to make ladis to sit on the front seat near to front door.
