I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration with the recent experience I had while booking a bus ticket through the Tamil Nadu government's online portal for the Bus transport Sect service. On December 30, 2023, I booked a bus ticket from Coimbatore to Hosur.
However, to my dismay, the system generated an incorrect reservation number (PNR NUMBER), making it impossible for me to locate my booking details or cancel the ticket. This has caused me significant inconvenience, as the provided information does not match any existing records in the system.
I have attempted to reach out to the customer support service, but unfortunately, my concerns have not been addressed adequately. The lack of a proper resolution is highly distressing, and I am left with a non-functional ticket and no means to rectify the error.
I request prompt attention to this matter and a thorough investigation into the cause of the incorrect reservation number.
This incident has not only wasted my time but has also raised concerns about the reliability of the online booking system. I trust that you will take immediate action to rectify this issue and prevent such inconveniences for other passengers in the future.
