Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Uthukottai bus regarding

Today morning I travelled from redhills to soolaimeni. At that time there is heavy rainfall in redhills. I got uthukottai bus from redhills. During that time I thought we don't need umbrella because now we are in the bus so umbrella is not necessary for us . when I entered into the bus then only I recognised umbrella is needed inside the bus also. the condition of the bus is not good. there is no wiper in the bus .
