Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Of India — Refund initiated shopclues but not received

I have ordered product in shopclues product price was 467.Rs payment method (online payment) adidas Men Black Red Brizo 3.0 Filp_Flops. Order Id is[protected] at 27.11.20.

The product was came on 6.12.20 They send fake product so I returned it on 7.12.20 returned id[protected]

The shopclues repond me that, the refund on 16.12.20 but after 16 the refund was not received in my account, so I complained to shopclues.

They send Refund Reference Number (RRN) this reference number is (1760969b8435857T90b982c8)
