I am residing at Srivilliputtur my EB consumer no[protected] . On my
complaint regarding your electronic EB meter has not working condition and no display. the department have made a shortfall recovery in my same consumer no but wrongly a CC Arrear charges of Rs.802 have
been (cash) paid by me on 03.02.2015 for the 27.11.2014 to 23.01.2015
period. When i called the concerned person they did not replied me
properly. so please take necessary steps to reverse the Rs.802 cc arrears in
my EB account
