Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — Bill Entry not uploaded online by EB Person consecutively

In Selaiyur camp road, I am paying EB bills online once the entry is uploaded so far. But for last 2 times, the EB person is refusing to take reading and uploading online as the EB card is missed and asks to meet in person at EB office. When everything is going online, what is the need of having the EB card and putting entry in it which is of no use. Why the EB person is asking to meet at their business hours 10-5 when our working hours clashes. Also when we take time to meet they are not available in office. Please rectify these mistakes and take out all paper works. Going online will ease out all works and communications.
