Dear Sir, My Consumer no[protected] I used to pay my EB bill through Online last 4 years before the duedate itself . And On Month 28/10/2014 unable to pay the bill within the duedate 17/11/2014 due to my Personal reason since my Mother was Expired on that month . So now when i check online status its showing SERVICE IS DISCONNECTED and but still Physically Fuse is not Disconnected and meter is working condition till now. When i have checked with Assistant engineer SULTHAN ABDUL KADHAR and he said you need to pay the amount 3 times fine from the Due Amount for DC . Please i need clarification and Justification for this to pay the Fine Amount 20, 000 Without DC a service from their end, please help us on this to proceed further.
