Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — Cable in front of home

We reside in K K Nagar, 12th sector, 78th street. Electricity junction box is in front of the house. And the cable is going round the home which is kept open. Every time cable is bursting and its being repaired. Cable seems to be very old and there are lot of patches. When requested to kept inside pipe where we can afford for the pipe cost, even cable cost should be afforded by us it seems. Everything might come around at least Rs.15000. This is very risky for us since cable burst any point of time, also since its front of house not able to move vehicle in and out of house. Please check this urgently.
