wire men from Sembiem office, disconnected electric connection of my house with out any information on 20th April 2015, we don't even know this was the disconnection. then it was found that, disconnection is due to non payment (Rs. 142). i have payed it on the same day, till now, they have not yet put the fuse back . It is already 8 Days, the house is with out current even after paying ... No proper communication and huge delay in recovering the connection... Appreciate early action on this. consumer no.
