[Resolved] Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — Delete Already existing user

Respected Sir/Madam,
My service number is[protected].When i was trying to do my payment online by creating new user it said the user already exist and an email notification has been sent to him to delete his account on[protected].But till today i am not able to do my payment as the already existing username has not been deleted.Kindly help me in this regard.

I am not able to make the regular payment because of this.Please help me at the earliest.
