Dear Sir My name is Prem Anand and i reside at 22/18, Karunambigai colony, Velacheri, Chennai -42. We are facing frequent power shut down during the nights and also low voltage regualarly due to which many of the equipments at home get damaged often. Our complaints to the local electricity office bears no proper response and sometimes the attitude of the staff who pick the phone is very rude and annoying. Request if this is taken up immediately and the issue resolved permanently.
