Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) - Guindy — Power Cut in House

Dear Sir, In my house power is shut down, so I have raised the complaint from 19.07.2015 (evening) to till date (21.07.2015 ) as well I went to EB office(Chennai - Guindy ) so many times, but the problem is not yet solved. Last two days i put leave and waiting in EB office only. but there is no response. Now we(senior citizens, kids, childrens) got stuck in the house without power supply.
