Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — high EB bill for the past 4 month

We are staying as tenant in pammal pasumbon nagar. Our EB bill coming alarming high which is of 9000. Many a times we compliant the same in local EB office pammal. But nno step have been takemln. Even during the power cut the the meter keep running. Pls take this issue seriously and act on this else we need to contact customer grivence cell.
