Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — no power since 6 pm today

There has been no power at our apartments which houses over 400 families sinc 6pm this evening. The AE and his team tried to fix, but gave up on it. And said it can be investigated only in the morning. Please could you arrange for this to be resolved at the earliest for the sake of over 400 families in darkness here.
