Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — No Power Supply for more than 2 hours

Hi, There is no power since 10:00 PM of 21-June-2014. Now the time is 00:15 AM of 22-June-2014. I called to "1912" to check the reason and to know the turn around time for restoring power supply. I have got two versions. First one was, there is a trip and the same will be resolved in 30 minutes (this was committed by customer care executive around 11:15 PM. And the second version is around 11:45 PM; customer care executive says "will inform the concern person and get it rectified soon" Anybody there in TNEB to address the issue ontime and ensure uninterrupted power supply. Government is changing for every 5 years. But not the government officials. I strongly believe, its your duty to provide permanent solution, and put into social forums if you are not getting support from any of the higher officials to implement your ideas to address this power issue permanently.
