Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — No power supply in one phase for four days; no response from EB despite booking complaint.

Dear Sir,
My service No is SVB 361, at Tuticorin. There has been no power supply in one phase for the past 4 days and I have been complaining all these four days to the concerned department (phone no;[protected]. When I went today (09/02/15) to the Chidambaranagar EB office to check the status of my complaint, I found that no complaint has been registered. When inquired, the staff at the office said that probably the person who attended my calls had forgotten to register the complaint. All the four days? That is incredible. I hope something is done at the earliest to rectify the problem.
