Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — One pahse of 3ph power supply inactive since 45 days

One phase of the 3 ph power supply to my house on 57 Beach Road, Kalakshetra Colony, Chennai 600 090 has not been active since 10 Dec2014. I have informed the TNEB office near Besant Nagar Crematorium on 19.12.2014, 29.12.2014 and 09.01.2015. The fault is still to be rectified.
