[Resolved]  Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — Online payment issue and no proper response for complaint

Yesterday i did online payment for 2 Service number. i successfully did payment for one service number, when trying to pay second service number the amount has been debited from my account but didn't updated in TNEB website, that showed error message like "transaction failed". When i am trying to pay second time showing message like "Your previous transaction is still bending please wait", so i could not pay amount through online. i have registered a complaint yesterday itself (Complaint Id:[protected] but no response till now, i tried to contact all contact numbers of TNEB (NUM DETAILS : 1.[protected]TNEB HEAD OFFICE, 2. 155333 (Toll Free) 3.[protected] RURAL-KARUR 4.[protected] PUGALUR DIV 5.[protected] PUGALUR DIV 6.[protected] NOYYAL). But all are saying we don't know about that please contact another number. i don't know what service govt. Providing to peoples.
