Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — Online payment not updated

RECEIPT NOT RECEIVED

Sir, I made an online payment Rs.3597 for the TNEB Consumer No.[protected] on[protected] through my indian Bank A/c No.[protected] S.PRABHAKAR. The amount was debited from my Bank account & I got msg payment successful on desktop screen. but i did not get any receipt. so i checked the transaction status in your site & bank site. In my bank site it is updated as successful, by mentioning transfer to Tneb[protected] dt 31/01/15. but in Tneb site it is stated" pay bill ", when i proceed to pay, it is stating that your previous transaction is pending pls wait till the transaction is updated. Kindly do the needful to update my transaction because my due date for payment falls by today 02/02/15 to avoid penalty.
