[Resolved] Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — Online payment was not reflected in my account

I made an online payment on 11th September 2014 and the amount got debited from my bank account, but in the TNEB portal the bill dint get generated and even the payment amount was not reflected in TNEB account. Its been almost 20 days, still my account has not been credited either to my bank account or TNEB .Can you please check.
