Dear Sir, I am Jagadeesan, residing at Porur. On 04.02.2015, at 11.51 pm, I made a Call to your Electricity Board No.1912. Your Phone Executive attended the call and enquired about the detail and he told that the information would be forwarded to the concerned. I requested regarding the Complaint Ref. and he told me to provide and after a while, he cut the call suddenly without providing the requested details.
