Sir, My consumer details are consumer name M.Thirunavukkarasu NO.12, Silambani south street Devakottai-630302 contact no[protected]..Our meter is not working properly sine the new electronic meter has been fixed from my house since october2013..I Wish to inform you that i am newly construct my house Ist floor.At that time i have changed my tariff No I To TARIFF No V .Due to my mistake i have not changed from tariff no V to tariff no I From February 2014 I had changed the tariff no V.to tariff no.I . I had remit the EB charges Rs.3494. We gave the complaint to the AE of our area.But he refused .Next time April 2014 reading medam told the meter was not functioning, Immediately i came to EB office and contact the concerned clerk he says please pay the amount Rs.2071. I was remit the amount on7.5.2014.Next again the June month 2014 reading Rs.3450.Again i was met the AE of our area .He says please pay the amount Rs.3450/.I was remit the amount Rs.3450 on 04.07.2014 Till date the matter was not solved for the past four months.
