[Resolved]  Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — Worst behaviour from EB workers and assistant engineer- Rajakilpakkam (Sembakkam)

Worst behaviour from EB workers and Assistant Engineeer- Rajakilpakkam. Service No: [protected] Consumer Name: ES Nalini Tenant: Balaji, Siva, Vamsi. We were not able to pay a bill on time because of some situation. We hope current connection should be disconnected or fuse carrier should be taken by EB dept. At least it should be informed to us prior. But below are insulting words and Scolding we got from AE and EB workers of Rajakilpakkam. EB - worker says "Stay without current for two days, then only you will pay". Is this the way consumer to be treated by EB worker?. Need clear explanation from TNEB. - We are interested to file a case on these.. Since we are new to pay the amount to EB. One good person from EB helped us to know the procedure and formalities to pay the EB bill. For this Assistant Engineer says " How much bribe you guys paid to that person to complete the bill payment. When the person helping to pay bill, Assistant Engineer called him and force him not to help us. And ask him to do this kinds of activities on your break time. After we paid the bill, we went to Assistant Engineer and asked for reconnection. He says he s not able to find the fuse carrier now. EB worker will come by 3 O clock. So we waited till 3 O clock (August 25th). But no one came till 4 O clock. We went back to EB office regarding connection and asked about this to EB workers. They reply like " We know to come.. you go now". - (Is this the right way to treat the consumers) EB workers came with 3 fuse carriers (But they picked 7 fuse carriers). We asked why you guys are doing like this? For that, EB worker replied as " You go and get from office.. only this three we have" We got tensed and threaten him about complaint, , then within 5 min he came back with remaining Fuse carrier. We doubt full on Assistant Engineer of Rajakilpakkam on this activities as well More than 2 plus days we stayed in house without current and bore water. Is this Is this a Punishment for consumer who not paid EB bill. Please provide us the Punishment lists for not paying bill. If there is no punishment and no rule like this, , we want to file a case against TNEB Rajakilpakkam. We are serious on these worst activities from EB workers. I am from Coimbatore malumichampatty I was report the problem of electrict problem eb worker name ramakrishnan not proper for behaviour and threatened by contract labour for customer rude behaviour abuse language create a big problem and my consumer no is[protected]
