[Resolved] Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — worst behaviour of EB Line man in our area | |||
sir/ madam, Here we are running our bussiness past 15 years in this need last month dec 29 th evening our EB connection has been DC our connection NO[protected] immedieatly we paid the amount next day on dec 30th morning & we informed to EB Offfice & Line man but there is no response from the EB side we were suffered a lot to run the bussiness without re connection of power after paying the bill. we have struglled for four days and then we went to EB office on jan 3rd give complaint to AD after complaint made to AD immedieatly the line man has not come to our office to give the reconnection but he send the person who is not authorised from EB department ( the tea shop person) oppsite to our office came and given the reconnection, then what is the responsbiliy of the lineman & why he has not given RC for four days till we given a complaint to AD for that we need the explanation why he has not given RC to my Eb connection after paying the bill & why he send the unauthorised ( tea shop person ) to give EB re-connection, in this regard we sending a regd post complaint letter to EB AD office TATABAD COIMBATORE our street 2nd street Extn, 100 feet road, gandhipuram, coimbatore 12 Lineman durai payment recpt no : 425043 date 30.12.2014 re connection date 03.01.2015 Was this information helpful? | |||

sir iam living in karur. i using tneb service. hear the line man is verey wost. he drinke allcocal. every day.aney complind for line isue i sayes.but he the man sayes worng wordes.and changing my eb bille for 15, 000 so tack aney action for the man he working thanthonimalai eb ofice. our contact mobile number is [protected] i dont no name. thankyou
