We the cyber crime cell of Tirupur district received a complaint from one S KASTHURI stating that he was deceived into revealing his Credit card details by someone posing as an executive from State Bank of India through phone and a purchase made using his card number on 01.05.2018 without her authorization. The value of the purchase is (RS – 24, 998 /- (Rupees TWENTY FOUR NINE THOUSAND AND NINTYEIGHT only) through online. His State bank of India CREDIT card number is [protected]
So, we request you to cancel the above transaction and make arrangements for the speedy refund of the money back into her Card Account. If it is done by your merchant instructs him to stop the product/service with immediate effect.
