Tamron India — about customer service

I gave my lens to the tamron service centre mumbai on 19th september 2017 because my lens has an error of communication between camera and lens...
They promised me that they will service my lens in a week...
Today near about one month is done but they didn't give my lens...
They are making me fool and told me that i will courier your lens today or tomorrow...
I want my lens back or i want a new lens... Because my warranty period is still running..
