Tamron India — Lens not working

My Tamron A17E AF 70-300mm f4/5.6 Di LD Macro lens is not working when i want to shoot any pic but unfortunately its not working properly so i request you kindly check this issue or guide me to how to claim warrenty for the lens that we are baught through amazon.in
