I Am Residing In The Above Mentioned Address Having A Domestic Service Connection Bearing The No[protected]. I Received A E.B Charge Demand Dated 23/11/2017 As Rs 3459.00 For Consuming 640 Units With Due Date 13/12/2017. I Calculated The Amount To Be Paid For 640 Units From Your Bill Calculator In The Tangedco Official Website It Shows Only Rs 2704.00. Then I Lodged A Online Complaint About The Discrepancy In The Website On 04/12/2017. But Till Date No Response Has Been Received. And Also I Tried To Communicate With The Phone Number 1912 For The Online Complaint Status. There Was No Response. Then I Approached The Official Concern In The Section Office, Paramakudi Rural To Rectify The Defects. They Have No Answer About The Excess Amount Levied In The E.B Bill. Today It Is The Due Date For My Bill Payment, So I Paid The Amount Mentioned In The Bill Rs 3459.00 With Protest. Later If Any Negligence Or Deficiency Of Service Has Been Done From Your Side Kindly Adjust The Difference Amount For My Future Bill. Was this information helpful? | |||
